We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If there is any chance that you will not be able to make your appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged full fee. Alerting us ahead of time allows us to be more flexible in scheduling for all of our patients. Obviously, we are sympathetic to unforeseen emergencies. As patients are scheduled for 30 or 60 minute blocks of time, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to maximize our time together
